  Soooooooooo Big!

Here he is!  I still can't seem to catch the light and expressions on film quite right, but the picture on the left is most like him.  WHY, WHY, WHY do they have to love the ugliest things?  That hideous bouncy chair is the backdrop for about 75% of our baby photos...

It's HOT out there, Campers

It is so ridiculously hot out right now.  We took Tal to tennis camp the other monring and then played outside for a bit.  A few minutes later, I found the R's inside, resting on their new little inner tubes.

We're either in A/C or in the pool right now.  Pool pictures coming very soon...we're having a riot this year.

  Jumperoo Heaven

Okay the new Jumperoo is adorable, and Camden absolutely loves the toys on it.  It is full of jungle animals and exotic noises. His feet didn't touch the ground (the whole point of this gadget is for him to bounce with his feet, and he is a kicker), and the sight just cracked me up.

Tal has decided to have an Einstein-themed evening, so we are listening to a loud Einstein CD, "relaxing," and just waiting to see what is next on the agenda.

  Four Months!!!
The sweetie came in at a whopping 16 pounds and 26 inches this week...90th percentile!  This means he might be able to keep up with the R's at least.
    Cell Phone Caper

Riley swiped Gamma's cell phone on Sunday.  I found the R's not napping, but dancing away to the ring tones after Riley snuck it into his crib (which is in itself an odd miracle).  So tonight at the birthday party they did a little encore performance for the camera.  You must watch for Riley's little diddy at the end.

When it was time to blow out the candle, Reagan unexpectedly hopped up onto the table on all fours to blow it out, and Riley was screaming, "Fire!"  But of course we didn't get any of THAT on camera.

Little Brothers
Reagan is amazingly sweet with Camden.   Smothers him ALL day long.  It is precious.
  Father's Day

Meanwhile, Tal and Travis had a fabulous camp-out for Father's Day.  No, they didn't go to the Marriott, they actually slept in a tent.  And fished.  And roasted four marshmallows.  No photos, but more stories are sure to follow.

I Love My Baby!

Camden is in that adorable stage where I can tell he is awake when I can see the feet wiggling above the cradle.  That is the best!  All that kicking isn't doing any good--the ham hocks seem to get thicker by the day!  Reagan decided Cam needed to experience the headphones here--we'll assume nothing in our house is noise cancelling...

Bond Boy Technologies
It appears that Reagan has taken over Daddy's nighttime workstation (which is fine with me).  On the right here, you can see our HOT HOT HOT wireless configuration.  The builder put something in the walls to make sure we can't have CAT5 or wireless in this house, so we've cleverly used the as-seen-on-TV snap 'ems right on the window in my beautiful breakfast room to enable our Internet access.  Again, HOT.  NOT.
Monkeys

So long as I live, I will never cease to be amazed at how well the R's get along.   The only thing wrong with this evening is that the monkey jammies weren't clean.  They truly are amazing.  The latest thing in the mornings is that Riley screams "REAGAN" over and over, and Reagan says, "What?" until he just starts crying with exasperation.  Hysterical.  The last thing Reagan usually says at night is "Pool fun," and he is constantly looking for "Daddy black car," as no one on the planet can measure up to the big guy.  Riley is praying very sweetly at night, but somehow the words circle, square, triangle, and trapezoid get mixed in.

All in all, things are pretty great!
